HORSE

Most of the time, I wait for moments to reveal themselves naturally, simply observing and being patient. But on occasion, an opportunity beckons that requires a small nudge from me for it to fully blossom. Originally, I captured this scene without the horse in the doorway and carrots in hand, and while it was pleasing, I sensed its potential for something a little more playful, slightly surreal.  As I explored the location further, I discovered a collection of horse sculptures and equine artworks scattered throughout the house, clearly a subject close to the owner. That became my creative hook. A month later, I returned with a large bunch of organic carrots in my camera bag to create a new, quirky moment, gently blending reality with the unexpected.
