Returns Policy

Photographic prints and books supplied by OPENPAGE STUDIO are produced to order and prepared to the customer’s individual specification. This policy outlines how cancellations, damaged items, and returns are handled.

1 Orders and Custom Production

All limited edition prints, framed works, and photographic books are produced individually to order. Many items are prepared to specific sizes, finishes, or framing specifications and are therefore considered custom production items.

 

For this reason, orders cannot normally be cancelled or returned once production has commenced.

2 Order Cancellation

Where production has not yet started, it may be possible to cancel an order. Customers should contact us as soon as possible after placing an order if cancellation is required.

 

Once production has begun, the order is considered final.

3 Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care to ensure that all artworks are produced to the highest standards and packaged securely for delivery.

 

If an order arrives damaged or faulty, please retain all packaging and contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the packaging and item. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution where appropriate.

4 Returns

Due to the custom nature of our photographic prints and books, returns are not normally accepted unless an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

 

Returned items must remain in their original condition and packaging.
