This colour series returns to Mike Rossi’s Inheritance through atmosphere, surface and the subtle emotional register of place.
Here, colour extends the reading of the work beyond form alone, allowing domestic materials, painted structures, clothing,
weathered surfaces and light itself to carry narrative weight. Personality and circumstance remain central,
but are deepened through the temperature and texture of the environments in which these lives unfold.
Presented by OPENPAGE STUDIO as a legacy collection, each photograph is released in a limited edition of 20,
individually numbered and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity issued by the studio.
These photographs form a selected colour editioned series from Inheritance, drawn from Mike Rossi’s wider original
body of work and released by OPENPAGE STUDIO as part of his legacy collection.
In colour, surface, material and environment carry an added emotional and social charge, where weathered structures,
domestic fragments and gestures of daily life reveal the atmosphere in which these lives unfold.
Encountered as a complete sequence, this considered selection speaks not only of circumstance,
but of resilience, identity and the inheritance of place passed from one generation to the next.
