DOORS

When colour begins to sing, I look for its rhythm. This scene could easily have been captured as a single landscape view, a continuous sweep of colour. Instead, the camera was turned through ninety degrees, forming three vertical responses.

In crisp, clear light, each coloured door resonates in its own way, held within the constants of sand and sky. Separate, they play individual notes; together, they form a quiet harmonic rhythm.

Here, colour is not used for its own sake. It becomes the beginning, the middle, and the end of the story.
